Crust:
Pillsbury Sugar Cookie Dough (Tube)
Mix:
2 (8oz) Cream Cheese
1/2 c. Powder Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
Fruit of your choice
Glaze:
1 c Sugar
3/4 c Water
4 Tbsp Corn Starch
1 c. Orange Juice
Dash of Salt
1/4 c. Lemon Juice

Directions:
Directions:
Take the sugar cookie dough, and spread on a round pizza pan. Bake until golden, do not over bake. Mix all ingredients from "mix". Once dough is cool, spread evenly onto. Top with your favorite fruits. Stir all ingredients of "glaze" together. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Cook until thick. Let cool, and spoon over the top of the fruit.
