Turkey Tetrazzini Recipe

1 8oz pkg spaghetti, break in half
butter
1 small onion , diced
1/4 C flour
2 3/4 C milk
1 C fresh mushrooms ( or 1 can)
1 chicken bouillon cube
dash of salt
1 can of corn
shredded cheese
4 slices white bread ,cubed or 1 box of stove top stuffing mix.
2 C. cubed cooked turkey

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spaghetti as directed. Melt butter ,saute onions, stir in flour, milk, mushrooms, corn, bouillon & salt. Stir until slightly thickened , remove from heat. Stir in cheese. Saute bread crumbs in butter. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix spaghetti & sauce mixtures & turkey together in 9x13 greased pan. Top with bread crumbs or stove top stuffing .
Bake 20 minutes or until heated through.

Aunt Sharon: Noted that she used Stove top Stuffing instead of bread crumbs. Gives it better flavor.
