4 egg whites
1 C flour
1/2 TSP salt
2 TSP baking powder
1 C sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites til frothy. Gradually add 2/3 C. sugar & beat until stiff. Beat egg yolks & 1/3 C sugar till light. fold yolks, then dry ingredients into egg whites. Spread evenly on wax paper on jelly roll pan. Bake 375 degrees 12-15 minutes.When done, turn immediately in damp towel & roll up. Cool,then unroll. Spread with jelly. Re-roll, store in cool place. Slice when ready to serve
