1 15 1/2 oz can salmon, drained
2 C. cracker crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 TSP salt
1 17 oz can cream style corn
1/8 TSP pepper
1 C. milk
1 Tbsp Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9x9 pan. Remove the bone and dark skin from salmon. In a large bowl mix salmon, cracker crumbs, creamed corn, milk, eggs, salt & pepper until well blended. Spread evenly in baking dish. Dot with butter. Bake 50-60 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool 5 minutes
