2 - 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 Tbls. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
24 vanilla wafer
21 oz. can cherry pie filling
Foil muffin papers
Directions:
Directions:
Line muffin pans with foil liners. Place a vanilla wafer in the bottom of each cup. Mix cream cheese, sugar, eggs, lemon juice, and vanilla until light & fluffy. Fill muffin cups 1/2 to 2/3 full with whipped cheese mixture. Bake at 375º for 15-20 min., or until set. Cool, then top each with 2 - 3 tsp. pie filling. Chill until ready to serve.
