2 egg whites
2/3 c. sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. choc. chips
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar slowly & mix well. Fold in pecans, chocolate chips, and vanilla. Drop by spoonfuls on ungreased pan. Place cookies in oven & turn off heat. Let stand overnight. DO NOT OPEN oven.
