3 eggs
2/3C sugar
1C dark Karo syrup
1/3 stick butter, melted
1C pecans
1 pastry crust, 9"

Directions:
Directions:
1) In a mixing bowl, beat eggs slightly with a fork.
2) Add sugar and dash of salt. Stir until dissolved.
3) Add melted butter and Karo syrup. Mix ingredients well.
4) Stir pecans into mixture.
5) Pour into pastry crust. Top with pecan halves.
6) Bake in pre-heated oven at 350ºF for 50 minutes or until knife inserted near center of pie comes out clean.
