27 whole graham crackers
3 1/2 cups cold milk
2 small boxes of French vanilla pudding mix
1 tub thawed cool whip
2 tsp light Karo syrup
2 tsp vanilla
3 Tbsp butter
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
3 Tbsp milk
2 packages redi-blend chocolate (liquid chocolate - unsweetened)

Directions:

Butter bottom of 13 x 9 cake pan. Line with graham crackers.

Mix pudding with milk,beat at medium speed 3 minutes. Blend in cool whip with wire whisk, (do not use mixer)

Pour half of the mixture over graham crackers, place another layer of graham crackers over mixture. Pour rest of mixture over graham crackers. Cover with graham crackers.

Mix Karo syrup, vanilla, butter, powdered sugar, milk and chocolate together until smooth. Pour over cake. Refrigerate 24 hours.
