6-8 chicken thighs
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c. milk
1 c. rice, uncooked (not instant)
onion soup mix

Directions:
Directions:
Butter a 9" x 13" glass dish very well. Sprinkle rice evenly over the bottom of the dish. Pour milk carefully over the rice. Mix soups and spoon over rice. Lay down the chicken pieces on top of rice and sprinkle with some of the onion soup mix. Cover tightly with foil

Bake at 300ºF for 2-1/2 hours. Do not peek during baking. Serves 6-8.
