2 cans blackeyed peas, drained
1 can white hominy, drained
1 can garbanzo beans, drained
1 can yellow corn
2-3 chopped tomatoes
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 small can sliced olives
1 c. Italian dressing
parsley chopped

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together. Let set 4 to 8 hours. Serve with Frito scoops (doesn't taste as good with others.)
