4 chicken breasts
5 T. melted butter
2 T. Dijon-style mustard
1/2 c. sour cream
2 T. mayo
1 T prepared mustard
2 T honey
Salt (as desired)
Pepper (to taste)
1 c. fine bread crumbs (seasoned)
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Pound chicken to flatten. Whisk together melted butter & Dijon mustard. Dip each piece of chicken into mixture to coat. Mix bread crumbs & Parmesan cheese together. Coat chicken in mixture of bread crumbs. Place chicken in shallow pan & sprinkle lightly with salt & pepper. Bake, uncovered, 35 min.

Whisk together the sour cream, mayo, additional mustard, & honey. Heat thoroughly & put a small pool of sauce on each serving plate. Cover with chicken & drizzle a bit more sauce over the top.
