1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
2 cans chopped tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
2 T. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. pinto beans
1 c. kidney beans

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions in 2 tsp. oil for 3 to 5 min. Add celery for 2 min. more. Remove from pan. Brown ground beef. When browned, add onions and celery to the pan with the rest of the ingredients. Bring to a boil, simmer for 1 hour. Serve with grated cheddar cheese, sour cream, and guacamole.
