8 oz. cream cheese
4 oz. ricotta cheese
3 tbsp milk
1 tsp prepared horseradish (drained)
pepper, to taste
8 oz smoked salmon, cut into small pieces
balsamic vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cream cheese, ricotta cheese, milk, horseradish and pepper in food processor until smooth. Add salmon, pulse until combined. Transfer mixture to a bowl, cover and refrigerate for 1 hr.
Serve with or on crackers, toast or vegetables;
drizzle with a touch of balsamic vinegar.
