Directions:
Mix one part Non-Dairy creamer
1 part hot water
1 part cold water

ie: 1 c. powdered Non-Dairy creamer
1 c. hot water
1 c. cold water

Put 1 cup of powdered creamer into a pint jar that has a lid, (not a tupperware or plastic container that has a pop on lid, it will explode when shaken). Add 1 cup of hot water, stir, then screw the lid on and shake the mixture until blended. Add 1 cup of cold water, shake again. You may have to break apart any small lumps that didn't dissolve.

Personal Notes:
Grandma Daniels started making this when she moved into Olive Plaza. To me it has a similar flavor to Half and Half. It is Dairy Free. This is good on Hot Cereals - Oatmeal, Zoom, Cream of Wheat, etc.
