2 3 oz pkgs. lime Jello©
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cold water
1 c. sour cream
1 c. Miracle Whip©
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 c. grated cucumber, skin and seeds removed
1 c. finely diced celery

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve Jello in waters. Beat in sour cream, Miracle Whip and lemon juice. Chill until consistency of raw egg white. Add remaining ingredients and blend well. Pour into 5-cup mold and refrigerate.
