8 eggs
2 c. milk
Nutmeg to taste
Allspice to taste
Cinnamon to taste
12 to 16 slices of bread (any kind)

Directions:
Beat eggs and milk to smooth mixture. Season with spices as you like, generally equal portions. Toast bread. Heat frying pan to 300º to 350º. Place toast in eggs/milk, 2 slices at a time. Place in frying pan and cook until ready.
