Gray's Chili Recipe

Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
Brown below ingredients and add to Chili Pot:

5 lbs of Lean Hamburger Meat
5 packets of Chili Seasoning
2 oz. of Silva's Taco Spice
1 Yellow Onion Diced
1 1/2 Tsp. Salt
1 1/2 Tsp. Pepper

Put all of these ingredients in a large pot and simmer on low heat

3 27 oz. cans of Kidney Beans
2 27 oz. cans of Black Beans
4 27 oz. cans of Pinto Beans

1 29 oz. can of Tomato Sauce
1 29 oz. can of Diced Tomatoes
1 29 oz. can of Crushed Tomatoes
1 29 oz. can of Whole Tomatoes
2 regular cans of Corn
2 regular cans of Chunky Rotel
2 regular cans of Tomato Paste
2 26. oz cans of Tomato Soup

1 tsp. of Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
2 small cans of Diced Green Chiles
2 small cans of Diced Jalapenos
1 Tbsp of Garlic Powder
2 Tsp. of Chili Powder
2 Tsp. of Cumin
1/2 tsp. of Cayenne Pepper
2 Tsp. Black Pepper
7 Tsp. of Salt
1/2 Tsp. of Cinnamon
2 Tsp. of Oregano
5 packets of Goya Sazon seasoning packets
2 Tsp. of Cavendars
1/2 cup of Brown Sugar
1/2 cup of Pinot Noir
1/2 bunch of Chopped Cilantro

Saute these with a little olive oil, salt, pepper and 1/2 stick of butter:
1 Green Bell Pepper-Diced
1 Red Bell Pepper-Diced
1 Yellow Onion-Diced
7 Stalks of Celery-Diced

Add these to saute with veggies at the end:

1 Serrano Chile Pepper
1 Poblano Pepper
1 1/2 Bulbs of Fresh Garlic-chopped

Then add to Chili Pot!

Simmer everything for at least 2 hours

Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

And on the side:
