1/2 lb Sliced Bologna
1 lb Thick Sliced Bacon
2 c Sliced Onions( Sweet or Spanish)

Directions:
Cut Bacon in 1" pieces and fry until crisp. Remove bacon and fry onions in fat until light brown. Remove onion and fry bologna, a few pieces at a time. Put bacon, onions and bologna on rye bread with horseradish sauce. Enjoy!
