3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tsp soda
1/2 cup cocoa
2 cups cold water
3/4 cup oil
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Sift three times flour, sugar, salt, soda and cocoa. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and add the liquid. Mix with a fork. Bake in ungreased cake pan 30 - 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
