1 large raspberry jello
2 c. boiling water
1 - 3 oz. cream cheese
1 sm. can crushed pineapple drained, reserve juice
1 c. blueberries, drained, reserve juice (if canned)
1/3 c. celery, finely cut
1 c. whipping cream, whipped

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello in boiling water, add cream cheese & blend. Add 1-1/2 c. pineapple & blueberry juices (adjust with water if not enough); When 1/2 set, add blueberries, pineapple, celery & whipped cream. Use 9 x 13 pan or other of your choice
