2 qts. chicken cubed
1 2 lb. can water chestnuts, sliced and drained
2 lb. Grapes, halved
2/3 c. celery sliced
2 1/2 c. almonds
3 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. curry
2 tbs. soy sauce
2 tbs. lemon juice

Mix all together and chill for several hours. The longer chilled the better flavor - overnight is best.
