1 c chopped onions
1 tsp garlic powder
2 -1lb cans crushed tomatoes
22- 6 oz cans tomato paster
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 bay leaf
3 tsp crushed oregano
MEATBALLS:
2 lbs ground beef
1 c parmesan cheese
3 tbsp chopped parsley
2 tsp garlic powder
1c milk
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
4 eggs
Directions:
Directions:
cook onions and garlic in hot oil until tender add 2 cups water then add the ingredience above and simmer
add meatballs
Meatballs:
Mix all ingredients throughly form meatballs
Brown in hot oil in skillet add to sauce simmer for an hour or as long as you want
