1 1/2 pounds ground beef
6 ounce can tomato paste
3/4 cup water
1 package taco seasoning
1 large jar hot salsa (I use mild)
8 ounces grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350º
Brown the ground beef, then drain. Add the tomato paste, water, taco seasoning, salsa and all but 1/4 of the cheese. Mix well and place in an oven proof casserole, top with the remaining cheese. Bake 30 minutes or until hot.
Serve with nachos.
