1 small onion chopped
1/4 C melted butter
1 can salmon
milk
3 C soft bread crumbs
2 eggs
1/4 tsp poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp salt
dash of nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
1. Cook onion in butter. Drain salmon, remove the skin and back bones, reserving the liquid. Add milk to liquid to make 1/2 C. Mix onion, salmon, liquid, bread crumbs, eggs, poultry seasoning and salt. Put in a bread pan or other baking dish and bake for 45 minutes.

This is an easy delicious dish. We put the Velveeta cheese sauce over the salmon loaf. Yummy!
