¼ cup butter or margarine, softened
¼ cup granulated sugar
¼ cup packed brown sugar
1 egg
½ cup milk
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp ground nutmeg
1 cup all-purpose flour
½ cup cornmeal
2 tsp baking powder
½ cup canned blueberries, rinsed, drained
1 ½ tsp flour

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400-degrees. Mix butter, sugars, egg, milk, salt and nutmeg in large bowl. Stir in 1 cup flour, the cornmeal and baking powder just until ingredients are moistened. (Batter will be lumpy).
Toss blueberries and 1 ½ tsp flour; fold into batter. Fill 12 greased, medium muffin cups (2 ¾ inches in diameter) two-thirds full.
Bake until golden brown, 20 to 25 minutes. Remove immediately from pan. Serve with butter if desired.
