4 pork loin, sirloin chops, boneless, lean meat only
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup beef broth, no sugar added
1 tbsp. tomato paste
2 tbsp. fresh rosemary, chopped
2 large white or yellow onions, sliced in to thin rings
Black pepper
Salt to taste after cooking

Directions:
Directions:
1.Put the vinegar and beef broth in to your slow cooker.
2.Whisk in the tomato paste. Place the onions on the bottom of the slow cooker and then lay the meat on top.
3.Sprinkle the top of the pork chops with rosemary and as much black pepper as you like.

Cooking time: 4-6 hours (or until pork reaches at least 165 F. and shreds easily) Temp: Low
