2 eggs
1 drop of vanilla
butter for your fry pan

Whisk all together. Very loose batter. Prepare fry pan with butter, heat, but do not allow to smoke. Ladle 1/4 cup of batter into pan, and lift pan to swirl batter over the entire base of the pan. Should see small bubbles, some browning before flipping.

Crepes! We love butter spread across the pancake and plenty of sugar sprinkled on top, before rolling and eating. Yum!
Can be prepared ahead of time, buttered and sugared and kept in warm oven. Could also get crazy and serve with fresh fruit and whipped cream.
