4 skinless boneless chicken breast cutlets
3/4 cup whole wheat bread crumbs
paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste
1/4 cup olive oil
olive oil cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Pour breadcrumbs into a bowl and mix with spices. Prepare a bowl of olive oil. Dip each cutlet first into olive oil, and then into bread crumbs. Lay breaded chicken on the lined cookie sheet. Lightly spray chicken with olive oil cooking spray. Bake for exactly 20 minutes.
*Tip: When making large quantities, place cutlets in a large bowl and add olive oil, then mix together until each cutlet is lightly coated with oil.
