1 tbsp yeast Filling:
1 tsp salt 1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup warm water 1 tbsp cinnamon
1 cup milk/juice
1/3 cup sugar Glaze:
4 tbsp oil 1/2 cup confectioner's sugar
1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix yeast, salt, warm water and wait five minutes. Then add rest of dough ingredients. Mix and cover with dry cloth for one hour. Divide dough in half and roll. Spread half the filling over the dough. Roll and cut into 2-inch pieces. Repeat with rest of dough. Bake 350º for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Pour glaze over swirls right after they are taken out of the oven.
