1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 1/2 c. blended oatmeal (blend to a fine powder)
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
12 oz. chocolate chips
1/2 8-oz. Hershey bar, grated
1-1/2 c. chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375
Cream butter & both sugars, add eggs & vanilla.
Mix together with flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder, and soda.
Add chocolate chips, Hershey bar, and nuts.
Roll into balls & place 2" apart on a cookie sheet.
Bake for 10 min. at 375º
