2 cups diced chicken, cooked
2 cups thinly sliced celery
1/2 cup toasted almond slivers
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons grated onion or more
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup crushed potato chips
1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 7 ingredients together and put in 15x8 baking dish. Store in refrigerator. When baking, top with 1 cup crushed potato chips and 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese mixed together. Cook at 450º about 15 minutes. Watch carefully to see that cheese melts and doesn't burn.
