1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. melted butter
1 1/2 c. pumpkin
1/2 brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 qts. softened vanilla ice cream.

Directions:

Mix graham cracker crumbs with 1/4 c. each sugar and melted butter. Press into bottom of 9" square pan.
Combine 1-1/2 c. pumpkin with sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves. Fold into softened ice cream.
Pour into crumb-lined pan.
Cover & freeze until firm. Cut into squared.
Serve with whipped cream.
