4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 can (29 oz.) solid pack pumpkin
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cloves
2 cans evaporated milk
2 9-inch unbaked pie shells

Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º. Combine filling ingredients in order given; divide evenly into unbaked pie shells. Bake 15 min. Reduce temperature to 350º & bake an additional 45 min. or until knife inserted into center of each pie comes out clean. Cool. Serve with whipping cream.
