2 pie shells
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup milk
2 tbsp corn starch
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
4 eggs
1 onion chopped
bacon bits

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well. Bacon bits can be replaced with cooked crispy bacon to your desired amount. Pour into the two pie shells.
Pre-heat oven at 350º for 40 minutes or until a you can poke a toothpick into the quiche and it comes out clean.
