1 box Pillsbury refrigerated pie dough (2 crusts)
1 (12 oz.) can of chicken breast (drained) (or you can boil 2 chicken breasts)
1 box frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrots in cheese sauce (cooked)
1/2 cup frozen peas
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup flour
1 cup chicken broth
3/4 cup milk

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Roll one pie crust into a pie plate and prick all over with a fork.
Bake at 350º for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and spread chicken breast over crust.
Spread cooked veggies in cheese sauce over chicken and sprinkle frozen peas on top and set aside.
In large, nonstick skillet melt butter over med-hi heat. Add flour and stir with whisk until combined well with butter and starting to brown. Add chicken broth and whisk until thickened. Add milk and keep whisking for about 3 minutes or until good "sauce consistency". Pour over ingredients in pie plate. Lay second crust on top and prick top several times with a fork.
Bake for 25 minutes or until top is golden brown.
