2 cups boiling water
2 packages (4 serving size) Jell-o Cherry flavor Jello
4 cups ice cubes
3 cups cool whip - thawed
1 cup cherry pie filling

Directions:
Directions:
Stir boling water into dry Jello mix in large bowl until completely dissolved. Add ice cubes, stir until jello starts to thicken. Remove any unmelted ice.

Add cool whip, stir with wire whisk until well blended. Refrigerate until slightly thickened, about 20 minutes.

Add cherry pie filling, stir gently until well blended, Spoon into 12 champagne glasses or a glass bowl, Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Garnish with additional cool whip and cherry pie filling just before serving, if desired.
