1 lb fresh or frozen broccoli florets
1 C onion diced
1/2 C celery
4 C cooked white rice
2-3 C shredded cheddar or Colby jack cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
1. Saute onion, celery and fresh broccoli (you don't have to saute frozen broccoli since it is usually parboiled) until soft.
2. In the casserole dish, stir together the veggies, rice, the cheese and soup.
Cover with shredded cheese and bake, covered, for about 45 minutes or until hot.
3. Remove the cover to brown the cheese
