1/2 c. butter
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. boiling water
1 c. sifted flour
4 eggs unbeaten
Filling: 1 pkg. jello pudding (make as directed) add 1 c. whipped cream.
Directions:
Directions:
Add butter and salt to boiling water & heat to boiling Reduce heat. Add flour all at once & stir vigorously until mixture forms ball around spoon, leaving pan clean. Remove from heat. Add 1 egg at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition. Continue beating until mixture is thick and shiny and breaks from spoon. Shape on ungreased cooking sheet, using 1 Tblsp. for one puff. Bake in hot oven 425º for 15 min. Reduce heat to moderate (350º) and bake 15-20 min. longer. Cool. May be made the day ahead and put in tightly sealed container.
Fill with pudding before serving and top with Hot chocolate sauce.
