9 potatoes
6 oz cream cheese
1 c sour cream
2 tsp onion salt
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and cube potatoes.
Place in a large pan with water. Bring to boil. Boil for about 15 minutes - until tender.
Drain water and mash until smooth.
Mix in cream cheese, sour cream, onion salt, salt, pepper and butter.
Let cool and divide up into quart size freezer bags.
Freeze.
Thaw as needed.
Microwave to heat.

When mashed potatoes thaw - they will look thin or runny. Don't worry - they will firm up when heated.
I quadruple the recipe and always have mashed potatoes on hand.
