1/4 c brown sugar
1/2 Cinnamon
2 C Bisquick
2 Tbls sugar
2 Tbls soft butter
1 egg beaten
2/3 Cup milk

Pineapple Glaze- 1/2 cup crushed pineapple with syrup, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 3 Tbls butter.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together brown sugar and cinnamon and set aside.
2 Tbls brown sugar sprinkle on greased bottom of 9 x 9 pan.

Mix together Bisquick and other ingredients and spread 1/2 batter in pan, then add brown sugar, cinnamon mix then pour Pineapple glaze on top, sprinkle with coconut.
Bake 25-30 min at 400º.

Glaze - pour ingredients in a sauce pan stirring bring to boil 3 min and then pour over cake mixture.
