4 C pecans
1 egg white
1/2 C brown sugar, packed
dash vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg white until stiff.
Add brown sugar and vanilla.
Fold in pecans and coat evenly.

Put wax paper on cookie sheet and spray with Pam.

Place pecans on cookie sheet in single layer separating them as much as possible.

Bake at 275º for 20 min.
