1 can water chestnuts, drained & chopped
1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1 box Knorr Vegetable soup
1 pkg. cooked & cooled chopped spinach
Opt. 3 green onions
3 sour dough bread rounds (or 1 for serving and 2 loaves for breaking up)

Directions:

Blend all ingredients except Bread.
Refrigerate over night to blend flavors.
Before serving hollow out a round French bread. Spoon in dip. Cut up remaining bread & also one additional loaf to dip in dip.
