1/4 inch cucumber wheels for muddle and garnish
2 large basil leaves
2 oz. Monin lemon grass syrup
2 oz. Sweet and Sour Mix
(or, 1 oz water, 1 oz Island Oasis Sour)
1.5 oz Grey Goose Vodka

Directions:
Directions:
Place 1 cucumber slice in cocktail shaker with two basil leaves
Add lemon grass syrup and muddle all together
Add the Sour mix and the vodka
Add Ice and shake really well
Pour cocktail through the sieve and float a cucmber slice in the martini

We had this amazing signature martini at 150 Central Park on the the Oasis of the Seas on Philip's 40th birthday and we all agreed it was the best martini we had ever tasted. Very unique and fresh taste!
