Coarse salt

1 chicken cutlet per person
1 bunch of asparagus, bottoms snapped off
1 thick slice asiago per breast

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat to 350º. Pound chicken to make thin. Season with salt & pepper. Place cheese and asparagus in center of breast & roll up. Fasten with toothpicks. Cook about 35 minutes.
