BACON FAT
WATER
SUGAR
VINEGAR
LETTUCE

Directions:
FRY BACON IN PAN ABOUT 5-6 SLICES. REMOVE BACON AND CRUMBLE OVER LETTUCE. BEAT 2 EGGS IN CEREAL BOWL. ADD ENOUGH WATER TO FILL BOWL HALF WAY. ADD VINEGAR AND SUGAR TO TASTE. IF YOU LIKE THE DRESSING SWEET ADD MORE SUGAR THAN VINEGAR AND VICE VERSA. ADD MIXTURE TO BACON FAT AND MIX OVER LOW HEAT. THE MIXTURE WILL LOOK PALE YELLOW IN COLOR. WHEN THE EGGS BEGIN TO SCRAMBLE AND THE MIXTURE THICKENS REMOVE FROM HEAT AND POUR OVER LETTUCE. SERVE WARM.
