1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
1 (15.5 oz) cans diced tomatoes
2 cans kidney beans
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chile peppers
1 can whole kernel corn
1 pkg. Ranch dressing mix
1 pkg. dry taco seasoning mix
2 (14.5 oz) cans chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Combine browned ground beef, cans of undrained vegetables, dry mixes, and chicken broth. Blend well and simmer for 1 hour. Serve with corn chips or tortilla chips and shredded cheddar cheese.

Double this recipe for a large pot of soup.
