1 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. Hoisin Sauce
2 Tbsp. dry Sherry
1 Tbsp. light brown sugar
1 Tbsp. peanut oil
1 1/2 tsp. honey
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 (1 lb.) pork tenderloin
commercial Sweet & Sour Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 8 ingredients in a large shallow container; stir well. Add tenderloin, turning to coat. Cover and chill 8 hours.

Remove tenderloin from marinade. Grill 6 inches from hot coals for 35 minutes or until done, turning often. To serve, slice thinly, and arrange on platter . Serve with sweet & sour sauce.

Yield: 3 - 4 servings
