1 box of instant mashed potatoes (six servings)
1 (4 oz.) carton whipped cream cheese
1 egg, beaten
2 Tbsp. finely chopped green onion
1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley
1 Tbsp. butter
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare potatoes according to package directions, omitting the butter. Add cream cheese and mix well; add beaten egg, green onion and parsley and blend thoroughly.
Transfer mixture to a well-greased 1 quart baking dish. Dot with butter/margarine and sprinkle lightly with paprika. Bake at 400© for 30 minutes.
