Fish - 1 kg
Coconut - 2
Chilly Powder - 50g
Coriander Powder - 50g
Green Chilly - 10 nos
Ginger - 50g
Kumkum Star (Kudum Puli) - 5
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Shallots (Small Onion) - 100g
Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
Dry Red Chillies - 10 nos
Coconut Oil - 150g
Salt as to taste
Curry Leaves - 3 stems

Directions:
Take the coconut extract by grinding in a mixer.

Heat oil in a pan, splutter mustard seeds, and the dry red chillies.

Add the small onions chopped into this and fry for some time.

Add the ginger and green chilly to this and fry for some more time.

Add the coriander and the chilly Powder. Pour the coconut milk to this.

When it starts to boil, add the fish fillets and salt.

Add the kumkum star filtered water and turmeric powder.

When the gravy thickens, add curry leaves and mix once more very gently.

Serve hot.
