For salad dressing/marinade:
3 cloves garlic minced
2-3 tbsp minced fresh garlic
3/4 cup olive oil
2/3 cup rice wine vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tbsp honey
Other ingredients:
4 chicken breasts, sliced into strips

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix dressing ingredients together, microwave for 1 minute to dissolve honey ( I used an emulsifier to mix ingredients and it worked really well)
2. Pour some of the dressing over chicken, and let marinate for about 30 minutes
3. Heat fresh minced garlic and ginger in a pan, and add the chicken
4. Pour dressing over salad and add the cooked chicken

- this came out really good! I added mandarin oranges to the salad along with other stuff and it was awesome, wish I had some crispy noodles to put on it!
